In order to open a principal’s account with Héctor J. Bacqué Sociedad de Bolsa S.A. you have the following options:
Copy of the National Identity Document
(DNI) or of the Identity Card
(CI) of each of the holders. Each copy shall state that it is a "true copy" of the original and shall be signed by the holder.
If the DNI does not show holder’s current address, a photocopy of a
public utility bill showing such address must be submitted.
”Signature Registration” form: It must contain all personal data of each holder and must be signed on the face and on the back by each of them.
Annex I on Assets Information: It must also be filled in by each of the holders.
Signature Registration: Each holder, as well as authorized persons, must register their signatures in the presence of an officer of Héctor J. Bacqué Sociedad de Bolsa S.A. If they cannot come to our offices, their signatures must be certified by a Bank or by a Notary Public.
Certified copy of the
Bylaws and Proof of Registration with the
Public Registry of Commerce.
Certified copy of the Minutes of Shareholders’ and Board of Directors’ Meetings specifying number of members of the Board of Directors and distribution of offices.
Copy of the Proof of Registration with the Federal Administration of Public Revenues (AFIP) (Sole Tax Identification Code (
C.U.I.T.) or its status in relation to such agency.
If the corporation’s current address is not included in the above-mentioned documentation, a photocopy of a public utility bill showing such address must be submitted.

Certified copy of the power or powers of attorney granted by the Corporation to the signers.
“Artificial Person Signature Registration” form: The corporation's and authorized officers’ data with their respective signatures must be included in the form. Legal representatives must register their signatures on the face and on the back of the form and include their personal data.
